Hey guys! Here's a brief skills workout for anyone wanting to work on their touch. I'd recommend doing each skill for about a minute.
- Warm up: Juggle for three minutes with a tennis ball, then a size 1 ball, then a size 5 ball.
- tick tocks (or bells)
- toe touches/ taps
- stepover, then push the ball in the opposite direction (both feet)
- pull push, pull the ball back with the sole of the foot and then push it forward with the same foot with laces (both feet)
