Hey guys! Here's a brief skills workout for anyone wanting to work on their touch. I'd recommend doing each skill for about a minute. 

- Warm up: Juggle for three minutes with a tennis ball, then a size 1 ball, then a size 5 ball.

- tick tocks (or bells) 

- toe touches/ taps 

- stepover, then push the ball in the opposite direction (both feet)

- pull push, pull the ball back with the sole of the foot and then push it forward with the same foot with laces (both feet)

- triangles, pull the ball back, push it with the inside of the foot to the other foot, and then tap the ball forward to the original foot (both feet)

- Cruyffs, pull the ball behind the standing foot with the other foot

- Sole rolls, roll the ball around using only the soles of the feet

- 100 juggles with thighs, 100 with strong foot, 50 with weak foot, and 200 with both feet
