This summer I want to improve my day to day nutrition. During tournaments, I am always careful to eat well. However, during the school year, my careful plans for eating healthy fall to the wayside. I want to focus on establishing a routine of healthy eating so I will be able to sustain this important habit during the school year of 2017-2018.

Me too! I have gotten really bad with my eating, and many, many times I will binge because the fridge just looks way too good! I would suggest buying some quick, healthy snacks, but also some fun things you can make too (omlets, brown rice). It kind of sucks when there is only junk in the kitchen because it's so easy to just throw your health away in one sitting.
